Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

2. Do you offer international shipping? At the moment we only sell to Portugal and some countries outside of Portugal by INPOST, however feel free to contact us at our email or instagram! Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location. You can see the shipping rates at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Can I return or exchange an item? 
We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at [email protected]  with a photo of the problem, and we’ll assist you. We may accept exchanges if the customer covers the shipping costs.

5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

6. Do you offer free shipping? We offer free shipping to Portugal and Spain by spending atleast 45 euros on your order. You'll just have to use code "FREE" at checkout

7. Do you offer custom designs or sizes? At the moment, we do not offer custom designs, but we’re always looking to expand our options!

8. How do I care for my clothing? Each item has specific care instructions on the label. We recommend washing inside out with cold water and avoiding high heat drying.

9. How can I contact customer support? You can reach us at [email protected] or through Instagram @staycoldproject . We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

10. What should I know about orders shipped via InPost? Orders shipped via InPost may take longer than those sent by registered mail. If you choose InPost as your shipping method, please check your email to select the delivery location.
