About Staycold Project

Streetwear born in Lisbon

Staycold Project is an independent streetwear brand founded in Lisbon, Portugal, in January 2022 by Ricardo Craveiro. What started as a personal project — designing graphic tees inspired by skate culture, hip-hop and the freedom of doing things your own way — quickly became a full streetwear label rooted in the streets of Lisbon.

Our philosophy

We believe in three things: craft, culture and conscience.

  • Craft: Every Staycold Project piece is screen-printed by hand in Portugal using high-quality blanks (185 gsm tees, 380 gsm hoodies).
  • Culture: Our designs reference skateboarding, hip-hop, gothic typography, and the underground subcultures that shaped us.
  • Conscience: We print with water-based ecological inks (no PVC, no phthalates) and produce in limited drops — never overproduce, never restock.

How we produce

Every graphic is screen-printed using water-based inks in Lisbon. Water-based printing reduces chemical waste and has significantly less environmental impact than traditional plastisol printing. We also avoid plastic neck labels — every Staycold Project piece is finished with a screen-printed inside-neck label.

Limited drops, never restocked

We produce in small batches. When a design sells out, it stays sold out. This means our customers wear pieces that are genuinely rare, and we never contribute to fashion's overproduction problem.

The founder

Ricardo Craveiro founded Staycold Project in 2022 after years of being immersed in skate and music culture. The brand is the materialization of a simple idea: independent streetwear can be made well, made consciously, and made in Portugal.
