Streetwear born in Lisbon

Staycold Project is an independent streetwear brand founded in Lisbon, Portugal, in January 2022 by Ricardo Craveiro with the help of his friends who always believed in him. What started as a personal project, designing graphic tees inspired by skate culture, hip-hop and the freedom of doing things your own way, quickly became a proof of what hardwork can do, no matter how much people judge you.

Always focus on yourself, and show them how cool it is to be different :)

The founder

Ricardo Craveiro founded Staycold Project in 2022 after years of being immersed in skate and music culture. The brand is conceived by a young Ricardo confused after finishing school who just didn't want to follow the regular university path, he worked a part-time job on a restaurant and with all the money he made, he had to invest in his dream to show his art to the world.

Our philosophy

We believe in three things: craft, culture and Uniqueness.

• Craft: Most of Staycold Project pieces are screen-printed by hand in Portugal using high-quality blanks.
• Culture: Our designs reference skateboarding, hip-hop, gothic typography, and the underground subcultures that shaped us here in Portugal.
• Uniqueness: Being yourself independent of what others think is what makes us different, being different is awesome.

How we produce

Every graphic is screen-printed using water-based inks in Lisbon, Inside Ricky's(founder) own bedroom. Water-based printing reduces chemical waste and has significantly less environmental impact than traditional plastisol printing. We also avoid plastic neck labels — every Staycold Project piece is finished with a screen-printed inside-neck label.
