14-day return policy

Not happy with your Staycold Project order? You have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

How to return

1. Email us at staycoldproject@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours
3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship to the address provided
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 5 working days

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Want a different size or another design? Contact us — we'll help you swap your item, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
