Where we ship

Staycold Project ships from Lisbon, Portugal to all EU countries. We're working on extending shipping worldwide — for now, contact us at staycoldproject@gmail.com if you're outside the EU.

Delivery times

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, sent automatically to your email when the package leaves our studio.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, weekends or public holidays are processed the following Monday.

Customs (non-EU)

For non-EU shipments, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
